I think I can help by doing Z. Here are some projects that show I can do it." If it doesn't work out, don't be discouraged. Ask for feedback. Reach out to more companies and founders that you're passionate about helping. Do more projects that show off your strengths. You'll make it. You don't need an education or resume for any of this.
