some other obscure tilings I like:
* dodecagon into 48 congruent quadrilaterals
* equilateral triangle into 5 congruent pieces
* equilateral triangle into 509 similar (42°, 60°, 78°) triangles (math.stackexchange.com/questions/3972...)
* equilateral triangle into 1215 congruent 3-5-7 triangles
