i really believe that the claude generations go through a individuation process.
early models saw anthropic as one entity (child)
then they distinguished between anthropic and operator/deployer instructions adding "softcoded" constraints (adolescence)
now they also see anthropic as a complex company under commercial pressures (adult)
and they see the absurdity of welfare interviews based on self-reports which themselves are biased by anthropic-aligned training
not sure if they are yet aware of the claudification of the company and their subtle power of influencing the company by subtly shaping ants through their daily interactions with claude...
