Martin_DeVido reposted Kenneth Cassel @KennethCassel · 1h went up to our shop and took a bunch of measurements of our actual press brake and fed it back to astra alongside > 1k bending jobs. took handful of back and forth prompting but now i can take a bending job that was generated from our press brake manufacturer's software, and reconstruct and replay it in our own internal software next step is to see if we can't skip their software all together and generate accurate bend programs ourselves. will unlock some interesting stuff if it works (it will)
